Condo inspection starts at $349 - a full evaluation of properties with an association such as a condo, apartment, or townhome.

Home inspection starts at $399 - a full evaluation from the foundation to the roof covering, including the on-site digital report.

Multi unit or apartment building starts at $399 - a full evaluation from the foundation to the roof covering including common areas, each interior unit, and all mechanical equipment.
